This car was Paul Linney's MGA when he formed the NCMG Car Club in 1988. We purchased it in 2013 and brought it back to life. It ran when we bought it but several systems needed attention. A previous owner informed us the car was positive earth electrical so we were careful to never plug a modern device into the cigarette lighter. Then when wiring a plug-in to install a Garmin GPS we discovered the car was really negative earth. Fortunately the GPS was not plugged in before the plug in was corrected. After some close calls early on this car has shown great reliability and offered us lots of fun times. It is our go-to car to lead the Vineyard Tour so it has been driven by the Mad Hatter, Grey Beard the Pirate, Danny from "Grease", and even Robin Hood. We have had some great fun letting this car take us places. It has logged several Coastal Tours, Fall Tours, Lake Tours, and of course our very own Vineyard Tour.
